New Aerobics Class has an Extra Kick

Don’t get into a workout rut with the same daily fitness routine. Work your way toward a better body and improved confidence with a fun and exciting new fitness class.

Join M.A.C. West’s Dynamic Defense aerobics class for 45 minutes of heart-racing activity. Dynamic Defense combines fat-burning exercises with basic self-defense techniques to provide a total body workout.

Taylor Dunlop, a black belt in Judo, will begin teaching the new aerobics class on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at M.A.C. West. Dunlop is a recent graduate from Miami University in Ohio and is currently working in a law firm. She has been training in judo for 10 years and received her black belt in 2001.

Join Dunlop every Tuesday morning and have an added incentive to head to the gym. Dynamic Defense will not only help you gain muscle and burn fat, but you will also learn how to protect yourself.

No experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome. Sign up now at the M.A.C. West fitness desk or call (314) 539-4433. Within weeks you can begin judo chopping your
way to a better body and self image.
