Jack Buck Grille Goes Wild
This November, transport yourself back in time to the first Thanksgiving. Every Thursday and Friday throughout the month the Jack Buck Grille will present the finest native game available in North America.

Juli Willeman, M.A.C. West's new True Pilates instructor, discovered Pilates after suffering from a running injury in 2001. As it turns out, the injury had a benefit: Willeman discovered a new way of life.

Side Dishes

M.A.C. West Brunches. Starting on Dec. 4, Sunday brunches will be served at M.A.C. West from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Flu Shots Available. Come to the Club for your annual flu shot. It will be available in M.A.C. West's gym on Nov. 10, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Or, come to the Downtown Empire Room on Nov. 11, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Cost is $20, and you can sign for it.

Defend Yourself. Kick-start your workout with M.A.C. West's Dynamic Defense on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 7 a.m. Instructor Taylor Dunlop, a black belt in Judo, will give you a great workout while teaching you basic self-defense techniques.
