Picky Pasta or Slowly Roast?
Everyone knows those people who simply like it their way. At restaurants they always add mushrooms or hold the onions, with sauce on the side. On Fridays at Jack Buck Grille, this is exactly what the customer is expected to do.

Beginning in November, the Jack Buck Grille will begin serving two weekend dining specials. Create your own specialty seafood pasta on Fridays. Or, if you're having a slow Saturday, come in to the JBG for a slow roast.

Pick Your Pasta
Fridays
On Fridays, the JBG will feature seafood pasta, cooked to order. Choose from three different pastas, an assortment of sauces and a variety of fresh seasonal seafood, including shrimp, swordfish, scallops and salmon. Have the chef cook up your favorite seafood noodle dish or get creative and invent your own. Price includes a fresh combination or Caesar salad from the salad bar. For only $17.95, don't miss this interactive dining experience.
Savor Prime Rib
Saturdays
If seafood isn't your thing, come to JBG on Saturdays for a slow-roasted prime rib. For only $24.95 receive the basted entree, a chef's potato (changes weekly), seasonal vegetables and your choice of either a wedge of iceberg or Caesar salad.

Dinners are subject to gratuity. Reservations are always helpful. Call the Jack Buck Grille, 314-539-4417.
