Yoga is for anyone who has a wandering mind, sleepless nights or occasional discontent. This unifying workout is for you, and it's benefits are essential to virtually everyone.

Yoga means unity or to "yoke." Through yoga, participants are able join their minds with their bodies, thus creating a unified whole. When the mind and body work together, one can develop concentration and a sense of center. Stressful days fade into a distant memory and one's soul calms to the and calm one's soul.

In yoga, attention and breath is focused while doing activities and postures. Participants discover improved posture, greater strength and become more flexible. Typical benefits include increased energy and a calmer response to stress. Try yoga and experience the effects for yourself!
