M.A.C. West’s new Dynamic Defense aerobics class has been pushed back an hour, from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Now everyone can kick, punch and sweat their ways to better bodies.
Dynamic Defense combines fat-burning exercises with basic self-defense techniques to provide a total body workout. Join Taylor Dunlop, a black belt in Judo, for 45 minutes of heart-racing activity. Dunlop is a recent graduate from Miami University in Ohio and is currently working in a law firm. She has been training in judo for 10 years and received her black belt in 2001.
Dunlop's class will give you an added incentive to head to the gym. Dynamic Defense will not only help you gain muscle and burn fat, but you will also learn how to protect yourself.
