Food, Drink and Atmosphere
M.A.C. Poolside Café is a one-stop shop
Missouri Athletic Club members are busy, driven people. Often, they don't have the time to stop at a coffee shop after a 6 a.m. workout. It's simply not convenient.
This is why the M.A.C. turned West's summertime Poolside Café into a year-round source for coffee, smoothies and snacks. After a noon spinning class or an intense treadmill session, your body needs to refuel. On your way out of the West clubhouse, grab a latte, power smoothie or slice of apple pie.

They walk with confidence and talk with authority. They don't fidget or appear nervous. In short, the M.A.C. Toastmasters are impressive.
If this is the kind of self-assurance you're looking for, look no further. Beginning Tuesday, April 4, M.A.C. Toastmaster meetings will be more accessible to all members. The group will hold two meetings a week. Downtown meetings will be at their regular time: Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the third floor St. Louis/Chouteau Room.
