Things are "Cooking Up"
Food Network host heads to the M.A.C.
A famed TV personality is coming to the Club, and everyone can meet her. Chef Giada De Laurentiis, host of the Food Network's Everyday Italian, is coming to the M.A.C. to discuss her new cookbook, Giada's Family Dinners, as well as share cooking stories.

On Thursday, April 13, head to the Missouri Room at 7 p.m. to hear Giada share tales from the kitchen as well as important cooking tips. Afterward, feast on a four-course meal made from her recipes and sip on Danzante Merlot or Pinot Grigio. Cookbooks will be available for purchase at $30.

OPENING DAY
Jack Buck Grille opens for first home game

Attention Cardinals fans: The Jack Buck Grille will be open Monday, April 10, prior to the home opener. Before watching the Redbirds battle Milwaukee on their new home turf at 3:10 p.m., head to the downtown clubhouse.

The JBG opens at 11:30 a.m. and will offer its bar menu. After the inaugural game, come back to your downtown headquarters to celebrate the win or mourn the loss.

Head to the M.A.C. Election on May 4
The Missouri Athletic Club invites every member to attend Election Night on Thursday, May 4. No matter how you use the Club or where you most use it at (West or downtown), your participation is important. Just like in the national elections, every vote counts.

The Missouri Athletic Club election is one of the great Club traditions. On Election Night, anticipation, nostalgia and camaraderie run through the downtown clubhouse. Participation deepens the bond between member and Club.

Sing and Swing at the Apollo Golf Tournament
Golf can be expensive. After paying for the cart, course and lunch, a morning game can cost more than $100. This year, get in the swing of things without spending a fortune.

The Apollos are hosting their annual golf tournament on Wednesday, May 17. For $30, play 18 holes of golf, including the cart, and eat a hearty lunch. This year’s tournament will be held at one of the Club’s partner courses, Quail Creek Golf Club. Because this course offers such a diverse landscape, it is suitable for both beginning and advanced players.

A Way to Mark the Holiday: Easter Brunch
Make the Missouri Athletic Club part of your Easter tradition. On Sunday, April 16, head to the Club for a special brunch the whole family will enjoy.

The Easter Bunny, the holiday’s featured guest, has agreed to spend part of the day with M.A.C. kids. Each child will receive Easter candy, and a petting zoo will be set up in the lobby. Family photos will be taken in the Art Lounge.

Missouri Room seatings will be at 9, 10, 11 a.m. and noon. Crystal Room seatings will be at 10, 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. Adults will be $26.95 + gratuity, children (age 6-12) will be $9.95 + gratuity and kids under 6 will be free.
