Welcome to the 2006 M.A.C. Campaign Season
 |
Today, a Missouri Athletic Club tradition continues. Since 1911, M.A.C. members have gathered annually to decide the future of the Club. This great tradition continues today, Monday, April 24, as candidates for the M.A.C. Board's next class begin campaigning.
Prepare to be filled with the spirit of democracy for the next week and a half. Ten candidates, carefully chosen by the Nominating Committee, will be busy making calls, shaking hands and spending a lot of time at the Club. Club members should take advantage of the campaign season and get to know their candidates. After all, they represent the future of the Missouri Athletic Club.

Recognize Your Assistant
Treat your administrative professional to lunch at the Jack Buck Grille

Harry F. Klemfuss created National Secretary's Day in 1952 to recognize the importance of the position to a company.
National Secretary's Day has since become Administrative Professional's Day, but recognition is equally important. Whoever your assistant is, chances are, he/she keeps your life organized. To show your appreciation, take him/her out to lunch on April 26, Administrative Professional's Day. The Jack Buck Grille will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., so you can treat your assistant to an exclusive, gourmet lunch.
