very spring, Club daughters choose the perfect dress, fix their hair just right and join their fathers for a special evening at the Club. For 60 years, M.A.C. fathers have treated their daughters to dinner, dancing and great entertainment at the annual Father-Daughter Dance.

The tradition continues this year at the downtown clubhouse on Wednesday, May 24, at 5:30 p.m. Carriage rides, father-daughter pictures, dinner and dancing will be the highlights of the evening. Festivities will end around 10 p.m.

Every year, the girls traditionally receive a small keepsake from the evening, whether its a Japanese doll or a Hawaiian lei. This year, daughters will each receive a photo frame for their father-daughter picture, as well as an additional token gift. Although changing times have altered the event over the years, the point of the Father-Daughter Dance has never changed. It sitll provides a chance for M.A.C. dads and daughters to enjoy an exclusive event together.

All fathers, daughters, granddaughters, uncles and nieces are invited to celebrate this special evening with the M.A.C. For reservations, please call the Catering Office at 314-539-4470. Those 12 and over cost $29.95 + gratuity, and daughters 11 and under are only $19.95 + gratuity. Carriage rides cost $10 per person, but availability is limited. Be sure to reserve carriages ahead of time when calling Catering.
