Improve Overall Health with Martial Arts
Martial arts is one of the best mind-body workouts you can give yourself. Research shows that people in their 40's and 50's who regularly practice martial arts demonstrate astounding levels of physical fitness. To teach you more about martial arts, Instructor Dan Moriarty, a sixth degree black belt, is beginning a weekly adult martial arts class on Tuesday, Aug. 22.
Join Moriarty at
7 p.m. every Tuesday for a high-action, high-energy class that builds strength, speed and agility. A martial arts class will go far beyond physical fitness. It'll put you in touch with the true source of your energy, which is much more about your mind than your muscles.
