Introducing a New Workout: JAMCORPS©
Finally, you can LOSE the body fat, become STRONGER, TONE UP your body and strengthen your MIND and SPIRIT!

Personal trainer, M.A.C. hip hop instructor, dancer and creator of this fitness program Michelle E. McDonald introduces an explosive brand new workout called, JAMCORPS©! Fashioned after a fusion of “STEPP,” military style moves inspired from military cadence marches and Greek fraternities, Michelle is premiering JAMCORPS© on Monday, Oct. 2, at 4:45 p.m. at M.A.C. West. The premiere will consist of a 30-minute workout and Q & A/informational session for the remaining 15 minutes. Those who come to the premiere and register for the winter session will receive an OFFICIAL JAMCORPS© T-SHIRT and/or WORKOUT TOWEL on the first day of class, Monday, Jan. 8, 2007 at 4:45 p.m.

JAMCORPS© is combined with boot camp style exercises designed to buff, tone and reshape your body. It has a formula for success! This high-energy aerobic and resistance training workout will guide you through progressive levels of intensity, including great ab exercises! Its program format allows you to take JAMCORPS© in six or eight week increments that include a JAMCORPS©, book which consists of a workout journal, basic nutrition, recipes, workout tips and words of motivation. At the start of your program your stats are taken, which include measurements, body fat percent and weight. Also, at the end of your program, your stats are taken for comparison. JAMCORPS© can also be taken as individual classes!
