The M.A.C. Welcomes a New Squash Pro
Look for a new face on the squash courts at the M.A.C. Scott Denne is the Club’s new squash pro. After competing on the Pro Tour throughout the world for many years, Scott comes to the M.A.C. with experience in all aspects of squash. He has taught the sport at many levels, from high schools to private clubs, and is a qualified level one squash coach. For more than 17 years Scott has been teaching and running programs at clubs in Europe, Canada and the United States. Throughout his career, Scott has helped interest in the sport grown exponentially and will do the same at the M.A.C. with various squash programs and workshops.

“I am excited about becoming part of this large organization, and everyone has been great in making my transition as smooth as possible,” Scott said. “I think the Club has loads of potential, and I hope to grow the squash program, through promotion of the game and with clinics and junior programs, to a new level.”

You can meet Scott at a Squash Open House on Monday, Sept. 18. From 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., meet the squash pro, enjoy complimentary refreshments and get to know other squash enthusiasts.

Look forward to a M.A.C. Open Tournament in November as well as the start of an in-house league once a month on Saturday afternoons. The M.A.C. league will focus on providing players of all levels competitive play as well as socialization.
