Have breakfast with the Blues on Oct. 18
Gear up for the ice this fall at the Missouri Athletic Club’s Blues Breakfast Forum. This popular event gives fans the opportunity to meet Blues players and coaches as they preview the upcoming season. The event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 18, in the Missouri Room. A breakfast of sweet rolls, bacon, biscuits and gravy and more will be served at 7:30 a.m. The program will follow from 8 to 9 a.m.
This event is always a sellout because it's a great opportunity for fans to meet their favorite players. The entire team is expected to be in attendance and will be seated among the audience throughout the Missouri Room. Blues players are always gracious about signing autographs for young fans. Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to win some fabulous prizes.
Following a difficult 2005-06, there is a renewed sense of optimism in the Gateway City as the boys of winter prepare for the 2006-07 season. With new ownership led by Dave Checketts and a new team president in John Davidson, the Blues have wasted no time in improving by landing several key off-season acquisitions.
