Portions of Downtown Clubhouse to be closed because of filming
 This isn't the first time a movie has been shot in the Downtown Clubhouse. As many remember, in 2003 a scene from The Game of Their Lives was shot in the Missouri Room. This time, the M.A.C. has again earned a role in Stillwater, a new Hollywood movie. Filming will take place two days this week, Thursday, Oct. 26 and Friday, Oct. 27. Please note the following portions of the Downtown Clubhouse will be closed due to filming. The M.A.C. apologizes for any inconvenience these closings may cause.
Thursday, October 26
Art Lounge - Filming will take place in the Art Lounge on the First Floor, and it will be closed for the day. Although action will primarily take place on the opposite side of the lounge from the Catering Office, it may be difficult to access the office. If you need to in touch with catering on Oct. 26, please ask the Front Desk for assistance.
Friday, October 27
5M Locker Room - The 5M locker room will be closed because the filming crew will be shooting scenes in that area of the Club. Athletic staff will be available to retrieve belongings from the locker room for you during breaks in shooting. Please use another locker room or the 5M massage area.
Downtown Pool - The pool will be closed for the entire day. The pool will reopen on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 7 a.m.
Please Note: Film crews will also film in the Sixth Floor Board Room and two hotel rooms during the two-day period.
