Holt wins Sports Personality of the Year
St. Louis sports fans anticipate December for more than just Rams football and Blues hockey; it's also the month of the premier sports banquet in town, the Jack Buck Sports Awards. This year, Rams superstar Torry Holt will attend the 37th annual dinner to accept the highest honor of the evening, the Sports Personality of the Year Award. Mark your calendars now for Wednesday, Dec. 13. for an evening with Holt and other distinguished St. Louis sports figures.

Free Orientation Class
Learn fitness tips at M.A.C. West


The West Fitness Center is offering a FREE one hour orientation class for M.A.C. members in order to educate them on proper body mechanics, safety, exercise tips and general knowledge of the Nautilus equipment. The class will be instructed by Paul Helfrich, M.A.C. West Personal Trainer, at 10:30 a.m. on the first Saturday of every month starting on November 4. A four person minimum is required. Downtown Yoga Class Starts on Nov. 13

If you love a good challenge or just need time for some inner focus, enroll in the Monday lunch hour yoga class. The new yoga session will begin Monday, Nov. 13, and will be held from noon to 1 p.m. every Monday at the Downtown Clubhouse. Yoga is for everyone. Body builders looking to stretch out their muscles, businessmen looking for ways to relax and athletes recovering from injuries can all benefit from this excellent mind-body workout. The class will be held from noon to 1 p.m. every Monday.

Attend annual fashion show for hot tips

What's so wonderful about clothing is you can update your entire wardrobe with just a few fashionable pieces; you just need to know which pieces to choose. Get this season’s must haves and hot tips from the M.A.C.'s annual fashion show on Friday, Nov. 3. This year's theme, "Fashion Solutions," is brought to you by Dillards and Distinctions.

Fashion veteran Jan McCormick, the program’s emcee, has been giving fashion seminars for more than 30 years; her quick wit and upbeat personality make the show entertaining as well as informative.

M.A.C. Breakfast Network If you're a new member of the M.A.C., would like to meet other members, want to know more about the Club or meet more business prospects, you could benefit from the M.A.C. M.A.C. Dinner Dance Start the social season off on the right foot. Make plans now to attend the M.A.C. Dinner Dance on Friday, Nov. 10. The evening begins with a cocktail reception (cash bar) at 6:30 p.m. From 7 to 8 p.m., a three-course dinner will be served and from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. members can dance to the music of Chasers Fore.
