Be on the Cutting Edge of Fitness
Hip Hop Instructor Premiers New Aerobics Class at the M.A.C.

There always seems to be a “hot” new workout, whether it’s step aerobics or spinning. This time you can be the first discover the next fitness trend: Jamcorps©. Michelle McDonald, M.A.C. West’s Hip Hop instructor, has recently created an explosive new workout, and she’s premiering the class at the M.A.C. Give it a try on Monday, Jan. 8, at 4:45 p.m.

Jamcorps© is the perfect way to shed post-holiday weight. It’s a high intensity workout that utilizes “stepp” military style moves inspired from both military cadence marches and Greek fraternities. This means there are a lot of lunges, knee thrusts and jumping, as well as some basic strengthening exercises, such as push ups and crunches.

Michelle has designed Jamcorps© to be more than just another workout; it’s a formula for success. The format guides members through progressive levels of intensity during 12-week increments. Along with its own music, the program includes a Jamcorps© book that has a workout journal, basic nutrition tips, recipes, workout advice and words of motivation. At the start of the program stats are taken and compared with measurements at the end of the 12 weeks. The class can also be taken one-on-one with Michelle.

Don’t miss this chance to be on the cutting edge of fitness. As you make your New Year’s weight loss plans, definitely keep Jamcorps© in mind as a way to tone and define a whole new you! For more information, please call Michelle at 314-275-2813 or e-mail her at info@michelleevette.com.
