Wait a Minute Mr. Postman!
In recent months, the Cherry Diamond has been arriving late to the members. In many cases it has taken two to three weeks for the Post Office to deliver the magazine, when it is supposed to arrive in three or four days. These concerns have been expressed with the Post Office and they have promisedto implement a strategy to help streamline the process. In the meantime, the Cherry Diamond will be made available on the Web site.
On the last Monday of every month, you will be able to access next month's Cherry Diamond online through the Buffet. Through the weekly Buffet and the Cherry Diamond, you will be able to stay in touch with everything that is going on around the Club in a timely manner. Click here view the March issue.
Distortion may occur while downloading. Downloading time may vary depending on Internet connection. We encourage your feedback as we continue to make the Cherry Diamond as accessible as possible. Please e-mail us at thechef@mac-stl.org to let us know your comments, questions or problems. |

Check out the M.A.C.'s Strategic Plan
The Board and Long Range Planning Committee have undertaken the rather daunting task of surveying the M.A.C. membership and updating the Club's Strategic Plan. A summary of that plan has been created in draft form, and the Board and LRP Committee would very much like for you to read it and offer comments to them. Please take the time to comment on the new plan. President Rick Lodewyck encourages you to contact him by e-mail if you have any questions or comments.

Spin Through the Weekend
Spinning is addictive, just ask anyone who does it regularly. Not only can a person burn up to 800 calories in one session, it's also an adrenaline rush. Spinning's addictive nature is exactly why the M.A.C. has added a two-hour Saturday spinning class at the Downtown Clubhouse (members are not required to stay the entire time). Join the fun on March 10 and 24 from 8 to 10 a.m. This new class will be taught for the entire two hours, but members don’t have to feel pressure to spin the whole time if they can’t.
