A Special Way to Say Happy Birthday!
Kids' birthday parties can all seem the same after a while. If you're tired of home gatherings and pool parties, try something a little different. Host your child's birthday party at the M.A.C. this year. The Missouri Athletic Club specializes in birthday sports camps. Party goers will have a blast participating in age-appropriate activities, such as basketball and dodge ball.

Coach Eric Saxton, who coaches several kids' athletic programs at the Club, hosts many birthday parties. Acting as coach, referee and host, Saxton leads the parties through an abbreviated version of his successful Totally Groomed Pros Sports Camp. Parties often start with a few speed drills and a short review on basic skills. Then, he takes the action to the court, where kids can compete in a basketball game. After the game and some birthday cake, kids - and maybe a few of the adults - can partake in a fun game of dodge ball.

Saxton is great at coming up with creative ideas to keep kids active and having fun throughout the whole party. Experienced with kids, he understands how to give them a good time as well as a few worthwhile skills. If you want to do something a little different for your child's birthday this year, call Coach Saxton at 314-761-6071.
