Ballroom Dance Lessons Begin April 17
Show your skills on the dance floor with ballroom dance lessons at the M.A.C. Beginning to advanced dancers are invited to perfect their moves evey Tuesday for five weeks in the beautiful Missouri Room (The May 1 and May 15 classes will be held in the Art Lounge). Professional ballroom dance instructor Susan Nyemchek will teach the seven-week course every Tuesday from April 17 to May 22 (No class on Tuesday, April 24). The class, from 7 to 9:25 p.m., will feature the most popular ballroom dances.
Instructor Nyemchek is an accomplished professional ballroom dance instructor who teaches both American and International styles of dance at the amateur and professional levels. Along with ten years experience in national competition, her 25 years of experience include coordinator of the St. Louis Star Ball Championships and partnering with education through the Arts Program at area schools. Instructor Nyemchek is a certified adjudicator with the National Dance Council of America. She is from St. Louis and has been married to David Nyemchek, a national champion ballroom dancer and her dance partner for the past 23 years. David and Susan have been co-owners of Just Dancing, Inc. in Manchester for the past 18 years. The Dinner Dance Club is once again pleased to bring this level of professionalism to the Club during the fall program.
The program has been especially designed for both couples and singles. Guests are welcome. The total price for the five-week course is $50 per person, inclusive, for Dinner Dance members and $56 for non-members. Price includes parking and lessons.
