Leap
into Fall
At the Fall Dinner Dance
The
104 degree sweltering heat has lifted and a cool breeze has swept
over the city. As the leaves are beginning to change colors, it's
time to celebrate the season. The first official day of fall is
Sunday, Sept. 23, but get into the seasonal spirit and anticipation
of fall on Friday, Sept. 21 at the Fall Dinner Dance. Enjoy dinner
and dancing in the beautiful Missouri Room. The evening will begin
with cocktails at 6:30 p.m., where a cash bar will be available.
Dinner will be served from 7-8:30 p.m., and then the rest of the
evening is reserved to dance the night away. The cost is $32.50
for Dance Club members and $39 for Non-Dance Club members. For reservations,

Cookin'
Up Soul in the JBG
The
Jack Buck Grille is about to get a little Soul added to it. Critically-acclaimed
singer Theo Peoples will be giving an unforgettable performance
in the Grille on Friday, Sept. 28. A native of St. Louis, Peoples
holds the distinction of being the only man to sing lead for both
The Temptations and Four Tops. He delivers dramatic reinterpretations
of old classics and brings life into new ones. Peoples' talents
allow him to perform in a wide range of musical styles such as
Soul, Gospel, Rock and Jazz standards. Don't miss this wonderful

Feast
for Blues Fans
See your favorite hockey pros off the ice as the St. Louis Blues
come to the Club for the Blues Breakfast Forum on Monday, Oct. 1.

will preview the upcoming season and have a chance to mingle with
players. Blues management expects full team participation. Expectations
are high for the 2007-08 season, and the Blues will once again be

Ring
in the New Year in NYC
Enjoy
a bite of the Big Apple, and travel to New York City with the Forever
Young Club to ring in the New Year. There is no better way to kick
it off than standing under the famous ball in Times Square as it
drops at midnight. The FYC will be hosting a 5-day, 4-night trip
to the Big Apple from December 28 to January 1. Travelers will visit
Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, a Broadway Musical and will
spend New Year's Eve evening at Tavern on the Green before heading
to Times Square to countdown to midnight. If you are interested

Tour
de MAC
With the Arch hovering above you and the breeze of the river sweeping
across your face, enjoy an early morning bike ride starting at the
Downtown Clubhouse on Saturday, Sept. 29 beginning at 8:30 a.m. The
Bike, Run Triathlon Club will be hosting a Tour de MAC, with both
long and short courses for riders to enjoy. The Long course will be
28.6 miles and the shorter course can be either 10 or 16 miles, your
choice. The ride will begin early at the Downtown Clubhouse and will
proceed along the Mississippi River and into Alton before heading
back. Water and support will be available. All members and guests
are encouraged to attend. With the cooler weather now in place, you'll
be sure to have a great morning ride. To sign up for the ride, please

is offering a etiquette course for children age 13-18 on Saturday, Sept.

New Spin Class at West MAC West is offering a spin
class on Thursday and Friday nights at 6 p.m. The class will be taught
by new inst ructor
Cori Lange. Cori has an intense passion for spinning and will be great
