Prove
You're King or Queen of the Court
Bring
your skills to the Adult Tennis Club Championships and you just
may be crowned the king or queen of the court. The championships
will begin on Thursday, Feb. 14. Matches are scheduled by participants
at agreed upon times. There are several different events you can

An
Enchanted Evening at the MAC
Whisk
away that special someone in your life to a romantic evening at
the MAC. The Valentine’s Ball, on Saturday, Feb. 9, is the
perfect way to celebrate how much you each mean to one another.
The enchanted evening will start with cocktails in the Art Lounge
at 6 p.m. followed by a delicious three-course meal in the Missouri
Room. After dinner, you and your honey can dance the rest of the
night way to the Chasers Four on the elegant ballroom dance floor.

Take
a Breather During Lunch
A
new yoga session will begin at the Downtown Clubhouse on Monday,
Jan. 28. This 8-week session will go from noon to 1 p.m. You can
sign up for the full 8-week session or individual classes. Yoga
is great for toning muscles and increasing flexibility. It is also
a quiet and relaxing workout that puts your mind to ease. Contact

Club Change
The
Sportsman’s Club will no longer be serving alacarte breakfast.
A continental breakfast will now be served to members and guests
from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. To make a reservation in the Sportsman’s

FYC
Members Head West
The
Forever Young Club is crossing the state to Kansas City. Members
are invited to come along on this weekend trip. The group will
be traveling via Amtrak, leaving on Friday, April 4 and returning
on Sunday, April 6. The cost for travel is $300 per traveler for
a double occupancy. It is an additional $125 for a single. You
must reserve your spot by Monday, Feb. 4. To make a reservation,

Fox
Tickets Still Available
There
are still tickets left for The Wedding Singer on Thursday, March
20. Enjoy a special evening out by first dining at the Club, and
then getting star treatment with a ride down to the Fox. The cost

Famed Coach to Speak at
MAC Digger Phelps, the winningest
basketball coach in Notre Dame's storied athletic history, will be at
the MAC on Friday, Jan. 25, from 9 - 11 a.m. The legendary coach will
discuss his latest book, "Undertaker's Son: Life Lessons from a
Coach", with KMOX Radio host Charlie Brennan as part of the Fontbonne
Book of the Month Program. Phelps spent 20 years in coaching and is
now a basketball analyst for ESPN. If you would like to see Coach Phelps
in the Missouri Room, call the MAC at 314-539-4470 for reservations.
There is no charge to attend.

and West locations. There are several flavors that you can choose from.
