Board Candidates Deadline
Approaching The MAC Nominating Committee is currently seeking
qualified candidates for the Board of Governors election. The MAC would
like you to consider or someone you know as a possible board candidate.
Serving on the board is the most rewarding experience offered here at
the Club, and in the end, you'll receive much more than you give. The
first thing you must do if you want to run for the board is complete
the basic information packets, which include a letter of intent, biography
and photograph. These are due by Monday, March 17, at 5 p.m. to Patti
Cundiff. Call her at 314-539-4429 for more information. The Nominating
Committee will then take these packets and narrow the list of candidates
to 10. Voters will vote on these 10 candidates on Thursday, May 1. The
five people with the most votes will be the next class of governors.
Winners will be announced around 8 p.m. on Election Day.
