Make
Your Vote Count
Celebrate
a Club tradition. Come to the Downtown Clubhouse on Election Day
(Thursday, May 1) to vote, and then enjoy music by the Hula Poppers,
a delicious buffet dinner, camaraderie and fun. Take a walk through
the famed gauntlet, which corrals members through a stretch of handshakes,
campaign promises and pleas for votes. Make your opinion count by
voting for five candidates to serve on the Board of Governors. Polls
are open at the Downtown Clubhouse from 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
The Gauntlet is open from noon-1:30 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. The Downtown
Clubhouse will be closed to non-members on Thursday beginning at
1:30 p.m. After you cast your vote, enjoy a complimentary dinner
buffet that will be served from 5:30-8 p.m. At 8 p.m., the results
will be announced. Another great reason to be a part of the election
action is to save some money. One lucky member will win free dues
for a year!
