West Wine Dinner Menu

First Course
Robert Sinskey’s 2006 Abraxas

Accompanied with:
Almond Crusted Scallops sautéed in butter
Served with a Sweet Nectarine Sauce and Lime Zest

Second Course
Robert Sinskey’s Pinot Noir

Accompanied with:
Grilled Lamb Chops
Crusted with a Sweet Basil Pesto
And Served with a Raspberry Pinot Noir Reduction
Fried Oyster Mushrooms and Fingerling Potatoes

Third Course
Robert Sinskey’s Late Harvest Zinfandel

Accompanied with:
Chocolate Dipped Blackberry Torte
Garnished with Vanilla Ice Cream and a Cinnamon Stick
