Reduce, Relax, Relief
New Noon Yoga Session
If the summer heat is forcing you to move your workout indoors, try something new and relaxing, like yoga. A new session of noon yoga will begin at the Downtown Clubhouse today, Aug. 3. Yoga can be just the thing after a busy and stressful morning. Not only will you leave class feeling rejuvenated, but you will strengthen the body and work muscles you may never have worked before. Both men and women can benefit from yoga. It provides needed relief to your muscles and joints from activities such as racquet sports and golf. The 8-week yoga session is held on Mondays at noon. The cost is $50 for the session or $10 per class. Reservations can be made by calling Rick Schneider at 314-539-4434.
