Swim suit season is just around the corner. Be prepared and in shape when warmer weather hits by taking one of several fitness classes at both clubhouses. Each class offers a unique workout experience while giving you the results you desire. Classes are suitable for any fitness level and age. Kickboxing
Tuesdays, 8:30 a.m. and Thursdays, 7:30 p.m.
No charge for Diamond Club members, $6/class all other members
MAC West
Kickboxing is a hard core cardio workout that will get you toned. You will also learn the basics of self-defense and striking.
Tai Chi
Mondays, 11:30 a.m.
$14 per class

Tai Chi is a low impact workout, which makes it suitable for any age. Tai Chi will help you to reduce stress, improve balance, flexibility and muscle strength while lowering your blood pressure, increasing your range of motion and having overall feelings of well-being.
Zumba

Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba is the latest fitness trend to hit, and people can’t seem to get enough of it. Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout.
Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates will work your powerhouse, back, legs and arms by using exercises that will help lengthen your muscles as they strengthen.
