Relax with Noon Yoga
Monday mornings can be hectic after the weekend off. There are phone calls to return, emails to reply to and dozens of other issues that pop up. Take a break from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing hour of yoga at the Downtown Clubhouse. A new session of noon yoga begins today, Monday, Feb. 8. Yoga can strengthen the body and work muscles that may never have been worked before. This class is not just for women, men can find a tremendous benefit of yoga as well. Yoga is one of the few physical activities that has a “de-compacting” effect on the body which is essential to counter the effects of gravity associated with activities such as running or jogging. The 8-week yoga session is held on Mondays and costs $50 for the session or $10 per class. Reservations can be made by calling Rick Schneider at 314-539-4434.
