Each One, Reach One The Missouri Athletic Club Board of Governors introduces $0 initiation fee for all new members! Each one, reach one. Every MAC member is encouraged to reach out to prospective members and introduce them to the Club. The goal is to expand the membership by 210 in 2010. Membership growth benefits you in many ways: - Provide a more fun environment with more family and friends - Helps to generate revenue to improve facilities - Improves services If you have a friend, family member or business associate that may be interested in the Club, contact the Membership Department. Get Ready for Family Play Day
	Before your family gets sucked in to all of your summer activities, spend a quality day of fun together at the West Clubhouse. On Saturday, May 8, West will have a free family fun day with activities for everyone. Bring your family and guests to the West Clubhouse for Family Play Day. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., you and your family and guests can play games, participate in fitness activities and socialize for FREE! Mom's # 1!
	One of the best gifts you can give mom this Mother’s Day is togetherness, and a delicious brunch isn’t a bad idea either. Team MAC to Race for the Cure In 2009 more than 70 members and guests walked in the St. Louis Komen Race for the Cure as a part of Team MAC. This year the MAC hopes to have an even bigger team to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. On Saturday, June 12, bring your spouses, children and friends together for the walk. A complimentary breakfast will be served at the MAC at 6:30 a.m. Register online by clicking here. Root, Root, Root for the Cardinals Make the MAC your pre and post-game destination this baseball season. The Jack Buck Grille will feature home game specials throughout the season. The MAC is the perfect place to stop in for a quick and affordable meal before heading to Busch Stadium. Look in next week’s Buffet for details on specific specials. Cardinals Room Special May Baseball special... Stay one night at the regular rate and get the second night half price. Election Day is Thursday! Be a part of one of the greatest traditions at the MAC, Election Day. For decades members have gathered in the Downtown lobby to cast their vote and select the next class of the Board of Governors. Don’t forget to get out and vote! This Thursday, May 6, members will again fill the lobby and walk through the famed gauntlet amidst campaign promises and handshakes. All members are encouraged to come to the Club and vote in person on May 6. Members must have their membership card with them to enter the Club on Election Day. Polls will open at the Downtown Clubhouse at 7 a.m. and stay open until 6:30 p.m. A complimentary buffet dinner will be served from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Come share in the camaraderie with fellow members, and help shape the future of the Club. Rent the MAC Shuttle Rent the MAC Shuttle for your next private event and travel in style. The MAC bus is comfortable, clean and convenient. It is available for all members and sponsored guests. The MAC shuttle is perfect for weddings, golf outings, business trips, birthdays, sightseeing, anniversaries and historical tours. The bus can seat 33 people.
