The MAC Toastmasters club is on plan to meet its 2010 goal for its 5th President's Distinguished Toastmasters Organizations recognition award. This is the highest level of recognition available. The award program considers membership, and member accomplishments. The club has 32 members. The club meets Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. at the downtown club. Visitors are always welcome.
MAC Toastmasters proposes the following new programs for the MAC
Youth Leadership Program - West Club - An eight week summer program to help young people build their communication and leadership skills, enabling them to become future leaders in the community, in business, and in government.
MAC Toastmaster's proposes to offer the Youth Leadership Program at the West Club for a one hour session weekly for eight weeks during the summer of 2010. Ideally, there should be 15 to 25 participants; the minimum participation for the program is five. Age should be 11-15.
The sessions of the Youth Leadership Program covers a variety of topics which play a part in good public speaking.

. Relating to Your Audience
